River City Church is led by a plurality of elders with the title of pastor.
Together they care for, serve, and lead the local church. We want leadership at River City to feel trustworthy, shared, and shaped by ordinary faithfulness rather than personality.
Elders shepherd and teach. Deacons serve and strengthen. The whole church is called into ministry.
